IPPF ESEAOR is seeking the expertise of a consultant or group of consultants to produce the virtual Quality of Care Assessment Tool for IPPF and its MAs on how to remotely/virtually monitor and assess the clinic and its SRH services in line with IPPF quality of care standards during the COVID-19 context.

Expressions of Interest
The consultancy is opened to suitably qualified individual or corporate consultants.  
Expressions of interest should include:

  • A CV/ resume with strong experience of working with service providers and clinical facilities on provision of quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services (including training & technical support);
  • A cover letter explaining why you are suitable for this assignment and providing a clear outline of how you would tackle the work (e.g. proposed steps and sections of the guidance), a suggested timeline/ plan for the work, including any inputs that may be required from IPPF ESEAOR (max 3 pages);
  • Examples of similar pieces of work on Quality of Care for SRH/family planning services and clinical governance;
  • A detailed quote highlighting cost of the assignment, budget should be in USD and should include your daily rate and number of days required.
