The regional office has a vacancy in the Programme Unit for the post of Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (MEL). This position plays a critical role to enhance ESEAOR's monitoring, evaluation, and learning capacities and communicate programme results. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of development and implementation in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) frameworks and plans, electronic systems and/or other related tools. This will include two years’ experience in interpreting, analyzing and documenting results from development programmes.
• Degree in social sciences, business management or equivalent.
• Master’s degree (social science/public health/ demography/statistics etc.) desirable
• Relevant work experience with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) will be an advantage.
