Trainings of Trainers on the Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) for Sexual and Reproductive Health in Crises

An important component of the SPRINT Initiative is to increase regional capacity to implement MISP for SRH in Crises. Accordingly, IPPF ESEAOR in collaboration with UNSW and UNFPA will conduct three regional ToTs on the MISP in Kuala Lumpur, Sydney and Suva. The ToTs will be conducted by UNFPA Humanitarian Response Unit and IPPF ESEAOR.

The trainings will lead to trained and updated MISP professionals – master trainers - who can respond to SRH needs during crises, in coordination with other key agencies. The master trainers will then carry out echo-trainings in their respective countries.

The trainings of trainers are divided into Day 1 and Day 1-5. Participants can choose to participate in first day (Day 1) of the training that is on emergency coordination and response frameworks for SRH or go through the entire training (Day 1-5). Day 1-5 includes the session on emergency coordination, as well as sessions on MISP and its technical aspects, facilitation techniques etc.
