The Samoa Family Health Association (SFHA) had the opportunity to launch their Strategic Plan for the period 2007—2011 at a Seminar which included Parliamentarians and related government/NGO representatives from Samoa.

The seminar was held on 11 March 2008, and was opened by the Speaker of the Samoa Legislative Assembly, Hon. Tolofuaivalelei Falemoa Leiataua, with the Ministry of Health, Afioga Hon Gatoloaifaana Amataga Alesana Gidlow giving the keynote address.

ESEAOR congratulates SFHA on the launch of their Strategic Plan as having a politically endorsed or supported Strategic Plan will definitely facilitate SFHA to gain increasing acceptance and credibility for its work.

ESEAOR wishes SFHA all the best in their partnerships with the Government and related NGOs and in the implementation of their plans.
