IPPF-SROP Call for Expression of Interest
The Pacific Regional Sexual & Reproductive Health Capacity Building Program (PRSRHCBP) is being implemented to assist the Family Health Associations in the Pacific to enhance the capacity of their staff and volunteers to deliver effective Sexual and Reproductive Health Programmes and Services in their countries.
IPPF has its presence in 9 Pacific Islands, i.e. Fiji, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tuvalu, Solomon Islands, Cook Islands, Kiribati and Vanuatu. The Associations in each of these countries are at different stages of development.
The Capacity Building Project, funded by AusAID and NZAID need consultants (individuals or teams) in various areas to assist in the development of the Pacific Family Health Associations.
Expressions of interest are now being invited for experts in the area of SRH and Family Planning Services, who can mentor and train Pacific Family Health Associations is the areas of:

Organisation Development and Management (Not for Profit Focus);

Governance and Leadership;
-
Fundraising for Not for Profit Organisations;
-
Family Planning &
SRH Services; and
-
SRH Programming and Community Outreach
The Capacity Building Facility is being managed by the IPPF Sub-Regional Office for the Pacific (SROP) based in Suva, Fiji.
Applications are invited from individuals/organisations that have one or more of the above required skills and experience to assist in achieving the objectives of the Capacity Building Facility.
There are currently Nurse & Community Worker Mentors positions (a total of 6 positions available) for immediate assignments. For detailed requirements for the positions please refer to the detailed Terms of Reference.
